At WAYpoint, we were built a little different...

Our team was built in Butte America, a place that didn't get to choose easy. We learned how to plan in the shadow of the largest complex of Superfund sites in the United States - a place where environmental damage, economic hardship, and community identity collided, and

where progress demands more than planning on paper.

Working here has given us grit - the kind that comes from looking hard problems in the eye and refusing to turn away. We've seen what it takes to plan in a community in the hardest of conditions. That experience is our foundation.

We were built for communities who also have a little grit.
